Step 3: wiring

-grounds are very important as with any electrical system. Clean any area to bare metal where a
ground is being installed.
-run eps unit wiring along side factory headlight harness. Next run into 1 ½” hole in firewall
beside main bulkhead connector.
-install main power harness from battery along top of firewall and behind engine through hole in
firewall above throttle peal. (do not hook up battery power yet)

-install module with bracket inside cab, under dash. Directly beside fuse box works best- as all
wires are built to length to this location.
-use two self-drilling screws to mount module bracket in place.
-hook up small red wire to fuse in factory fuse box. (key on power) use the brass clip to fit
around fuse or use factory accessory spade.
-plug in all wiring connections to module.
-zip tie or use cable clamps to secure all wiring harnesses and double check all bolts are tight.
Step 4: almost done!
-double check all bolts are tight and wiring harness are not inferring with moving or other
harmful components. (exhaust on sharp edges.)
-install main power at battery.
-turn key on. Listen for module to make a “click” noise.
